We have been in the piggery business for over 30 years and pressure washing is a major part of our operation. For many years we were using Gerni branded machines and with using the machines every day, the yearly maintenance costs were becoming extremely excessive. We purchased our first Karcher machine from the boys at Cleanequip in 2014. We were told it was a quality product and this was proven by our maintenance costs dropping to only needing a few orings in the following year. Any other small issues were fixed under the machine’s 2 year warranty. We were so impressed by it’s performance that we decided to run our operation with 2 machines and we purchased a second machine in 2015.
We found out that unlike most other companies, Cleanequip are willing to trade-in our machines. We now purchase a new machine every year and trade-in our oldest machine. This has guaranteed extremely minimal maintenance costs and we are getting the benefits of any extra features/improvements on the new model of the machine each year.
It is so nice to deal directly with the owners of the business and guys that actually know what they are talking about and how to fix the equipment they sell.
